Rewilding Urban Spaces

Suelo Bueno LLC: We like to get our hands dirty!

  • Direct, experiential interaction with the earth - building habitat with other people - heals the soul and soil… it answers the feeling of climate despair.

Declining insect and bird numbers, loss of native habitat, and deteriorating soil health are bombarding our Earth Mother. Suelo Bueno tackles these challenge head on.

We are a consulting group who broadly focuses on the rebuilding of urban and suburban ecosystems through planting native plant species (including grasses, flowering plants, shrubs, and trees), building optimal soil health, and environmentally attuned use of water.

Building and maintaining relationships with BIPOC+ communities is integral to our work, because our communities suffer the biggest brunt of the effects of neglected climate. We integrate what everyone has to offer with community wisdom, and we excel at empowering folks to put that knowledge into action.
