What: Kevin Shuck, WRV Director of Programming, will explore the vital role of volunteer-powered conservation using WRV’s 25+ years of work as a lens to understand ecological challenges and solutions. He will discuss the objectives, implementation, and outcomes of various community-led efforts from the Front Range to the Western Slope—spanning invasive species management, post-fire recovery, alpine tundra rehabilitation, and Sage Grouse habitat restoration—highlighting how everyday people can transform and restore our natural habitats.
