What: Calling all prairie, goat, and fire fans!

How does your community care for its prairies? Join The Watershed Center for an evening exploring grassland ecosystems near Longmont, CO. On this tour, you’ll hear from City of Longmont staff and local researchers about the work they’re doing to protect open spaces and restore native ecosystems. Learn how prescribed fire, targeted herbicide use, and goat grazing are helping bring these landscapes back to life.
