Spring into Pollinator-Safe Gardening: Protecting Habitat From Pesticides

What: Reducing pesticide use at home is an important part of providing healthy habitat for pollinators. But, pesticides can be tricky to address because they are invisible and can come from unexpected sources. In the spring, two of these are home mosquito sprays and contamination in plants you may be purchasing from nurseries. Join Sharon Selvaggio and Aaron Anderson, Xerces Society pesticide program specialists, to learn about these pesticide risks, how to protect your habitat from them, and discuss alternatives.
