Seed Cleaning with the City of Boulder (1)

  • Wildland Restoration Volunteers (map)

What: Volunteers will work on seeds collected on Boulder OSMP lands at the WRV headquarters in Longmont. The seeds have dried at the OSMP offices and we need your help to prepare them for restoration projects.

Seed cleaning is an essential activity for our agency partners, as native seeds are hard to purchase commercially. By cleaning seeds for restoration, you help to ensure that more native plants are used in restoration projects, which preserves native biodiversity and supports more resilient ecosystems.
