Growing Gardens: Front Range Vegetable Gardening 101

What: In this class, dive into the details about how to prepare your garden and start planting. Topics will include understanding soils and soil amendments, bed preparation, starting seeds at home, direct seeding in your garden, and transplanting seedlings. This introductory class is a great place to start if you are new to gardening or new to gardening in the Colorado climate!

Details:

    • Cost is $45. Scholarships of up to 50% of the cost are available - to apply for a scholarship click here.

    • This session will be taught by Tim Villard who is the Food Project Manager at Growing Gardens. Another session is available on March 9 taught by Sarah, the Boulder Farm Manager.
