Join CU Boulder's Sustainability Research Initiative on October 8–9, 2026, for the inaugural Sustainability Research Summit, a two‑day event highlighting the diversity and depth of our campus' sustainability research. Free and open to the public, the summit aims to foster connections among researchers and with external partners across the Front Range and beyond.

The summit will together researchers from different disciplines and academic departments to share their work, learn together, catalyze new collaborations, and connect with our broader community. Sessions will explore how we build, power, and grow things; how we build community and work with partners ethically; how we think creatively; how we keep people safe; and how we overcome sociopolitical obstacles. Come help us build an interconnected ecosystem for actionable sustainability research.
