What: The BCSIS Shade Committee and Play Boulder Foundation, in partnership with Cool Boulder, invite parents, community members and friends to help plant trees at this neighborhood school!

• Details:

  • The team will  plant about 14 trees at BCSIS, each 1.5" to 2" caliper (trunk diameter). We are seeking 30–40 volunteers.

  • Planting requires moderate physical effort. We will have coffee (BYO coffee vessel)!  

  • We will have arborists onsite to demonstrate best planting practices and support volunteers, so don't worry if you have no prior tree planting experience. 

  • If you'd like to bring a friend (which we encourage!), please let us know in the form under "anything else we should know?" or have them fill out this form as well.
