Honoring trees to support healthy ecosystems in Boulder County, Colorado.

Our vision of tree care includes the needs of trees, the humans that live among them and the natural environment. We enjoy being with trees and observing the various roles they play on our planet. Rather than short-term solutions, we opt for an expansive approach that includes all the life phases of trees.

Each of us has something unique to offer the ecosystem of the planet and our respective community. We are most interested in raising awareness of trees and the amazing beings they are.  We are focused on expanding our relationships with trees to help fulfill our role as custodians on the planet.

We see trees as the environmental actors that they are. With this in mind, we endeavor to provide tree care that is quiet, environmentally sound and minimally invasive. Our goal is to respond to the unique needs of trees and the people that live among them. We implement changes that will best serve them and our species in the long run.

Daniel Hanson

Daniel graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in the spring of 2022, with a degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Geography. Daniel is currently serving an 11 month CivicSpark Fellowship with the City of Boulder, Climate Initiatives department & Cool Boulder Campaign, with the goal of building capacity within the team, and building climate and social resilience within the community.
